We have integrated a predictive dialing with Blaise about 5 years ago and works well ... shame that we must to schedule running a ghost DEP and upload the copy of daybatch file (text image) in sql server ... it does not seem possible to have access to the file DAYbacth. Does anyone know how to interact with daybatch files directly? There is an API for it?
