New bug fix release: 5.5.9

A new release of Blaise 5 (5.5.9.1896) is available on the FTP server of Statistics Netherlands.
This release is a bug fix version. It resolves a memory-issue in Manipula, an issue where suppressed errors resulted in a suspect record, an issue with present array-values being invisible in the dataviewer and it has several fixes for CATI, including an issue with multifield keys containing enumeration fields. Furthermore, it has fixes for some other issues that were reported in other parts of the system.
