New bug fix release: 5.8.13

A new release of Blaise 5 (5.8.13.2543) is available on the FTP server of Statistics Netherlands.
This release is a bug fix version. An issue in CATI where appointments on the last day of a date range were not retrieved correctly was resolved. It also fixes reported bugs in a couple of other parts of the system.
