The system has several wizards that will help make things easier.
Aside from the (online) Help document, there are also video tutorials that can help with specific functionalities.
We are open to suggestions if you think you have an idea to help even more.

Q: Will we need to re-train our questionnaire developers, trainers, interviewers, and survey sponsors?
Blaise 5 differs significantly from Blaise 4 in Layout, and even if the Blaise 4 Layout is copied, some functionality is different (because of the client-server set-up), so they may need some re-training.
