Problems with mail server

We are currently experiencing issues with our mail server. This may cause delays in our response time to your issues.
If you are a regular portal user, please check back even more regularly to see if your query has been answered.
If you are not yet using the portal, you can start doing this by going to the portal site:

Send an email from the email-address you want to use in the portal to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to request a password. Once you have the password, you can log on in the portal directly, where you can check your issues.
